Joint Ventures - A joint venture is a business partnership arrangement in which two or more parties undertake a specific economic activity together, fulfilling a mutual goal. This could mean the sharing of ideas, skills, finance, and/or customers. The important point is that participants share the ownership and the management of the new entity.
