Focus on Growth Workshops

BusinessXchange workshops allow you to explore specific topics in more depth than you can at a meeting.  Here you can learn from other people’s experiences, gather information and leave with a focused action plan.  Each workshop is facilitated by Laura McHarrie a qualified FE teacher supported by an expert in the subject.

£60.00 per person for half day

Consortia facilitation

Have you ever thought about joining forces with other businesses?  By creating a force larger than your own you can share costs and at the same time bid for work that would be out of your reach alone.  Having an independent and impartial adviser to chair those exploratory meetings ensures you focus on business outcomes and address the items that can often be left unsaid for fear of stymieing the process.
