The Growth through Direction Programme

 

Each BusinessXchange master class is designed to get you thinking about your strategic direction for growth.  The purpose of strategic planning is to set overall goals for your business and to develop a plan to achieve them. It involves stepping back from your day-to-day operations and asking where your business is headed and what its priorities should be.

The master classes run every two months and cover a variety of subjects appropriate for business decision makers who have gone through the first level of growth, have been trading successfully for at least three years, and probably have staff and premises.  For example:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The outcomes are designed to enable a working business plan that you update regularly as changes in your internal and external environments occur.

 

BXC Master Class Club

 

The master class programme is delivered by experts in their field in a workshop environment.  Each masterclass stands alone in its own right.  However, as a member of the masterclass club you have the added opportunity to meet before each meeting for half an hour.  This enables you to review what each has done since the last masterclass, share any difficulties and your solutions.  There is also an optional networking lunch to further explore the content of the latest master class.

 

Cost

 

The master class club entitles you to attend six workshops during the course of a year for a commitment fee of £150 Inc VAT (+ GVA financial information for monitoring purposes.)

Alternatively, you can book each workshop individually for a commitment fee of £50 Inc VAT.  This includes a one to one with a business adviser for follow up purposes afterwards.

 

There is no cost to those with full membership of BusinessXchange.
