WSX Enterprise Ltd commits to providing 30 meetings during the year in different locations throughout Dorset, subject to demand. BusinessXchange meetings concentrate on finding practical solutions to the issues that most affect the bottom line of your business. Each meeting consists of three parts, informal networking, virtual board discussions and a business related presentation. Further details can be found on www.businessxchange.org.uk

Terms and conditions

• Members must have a desire to develop their business.
• BusinessXchange provides an environment conducive to learning and support, enabling the development of long term working relationships. Members are asked respectfully, not to actively canvass for business in the meetings.
• Any member who behaves in a manner, which in the view of WSX Enterprise Ltd, is unprofessional and is likely to bring the group into disrepute, may have their membership revoked. In this unlikely event, any monies paid will be forfeited.
• WSX Enterprise will advise three months in advance of any price increases to membership and your quarterly payments.
• WSX Enterprise commits to supporting business start ups and micro-businesses with a lower fee for non-VAT registered companies. Those businesses selecting this option must advise if and at the point they do become VAT registered.
• To ensure the best use of funds attendance at meetings is subject to strict booking requirements:

i. Places on each breakfast meeting must be booked and paid for online in advance. This covers the cost of consumables. This is done through the Business-Scene portal. www.business-scene.com

ii. Once booked, places are transferable until closing date but non-refundable.

iii. WSX Enterprise Ltd will send a delegate list three days before each meeting to remind you of your attendance. Please that check your name appears as WSX Enterprise does not operate a pay on the door option. Bookings will close 36 hours before each meeting for catering purposes.

Grievance procedure

In the unlikely event of conflict or complaint, this should be made to Laura McHarrie, Business Adviser responsible for BusinessXchange. Every effort will be made to resolve the problem. WSX Enterprise Ltd has the authority to refuse access to BusinessXchange.
